B1G+A Top 25 (a B1G+A ranking, not an official poll). Points = 0.50 × public feeds Strength of Record rank + 0.30 × B1G+A blended rating rank (a weighted blend of FPI (comparison) and the B1G+A Power Rating; see Power Rankings) + 0.20 × loss rank (FBS teams ordered by fewest losses, ties share a rank) − 2 × wins over teams in that week's AP Top 25 (final games only). Lowest points ranks first; ties go to the better SOR rank. Head-to-head rule (from Week 8): if Team A beat Team B, A is placed directly ahead of B when B's blended rating is at most 7.0 points higher and A's points are no more than 8.0 worse than B's (split series and circular results are ignored). SOR and FPI are copied from public feeds at publish time ("last updated" stamp is shown); the B1G+A blended rating is refit from all FBS results before publishing. Published Sundays at 10 AM CT, before the AP and Coaches polls come out. AP, Coaches and CFP rankings are copied from the public feed's rankings API. A column that public feeds has not published for a week shows Pending and fills in on the next refresh.
